The Black Mountain range is the most westerly of the Brecon Beacons National Park and it also forms part of the Fforest Fawr Geopark. On this wonderful hike we will venture to two lakes known as Llyn Y Fan Fach and Llyn y Fan Fawr whilst incorporating the summits of Waun Llefrith(794m) ,Picws Du(749m), Fan Foel(802m) and Fan Brycheiniog(802).
